Cookies and similar technologies
A cookie is a small piece of information a website or service asks your browser to store and return with later requests. Session cookies generally last for a browsing session; persistent cookies may remain until they expire or are deleted. Local storage can retain information in your browser. Pixels, tags, and software development kits can make requests or collect information even without a cookie.
Browser caching is different: it keeps copies of files such as fonts and animation assets so they do not need to be downloaded again on every visit. See the Privacy Policy for broader information-handling practices.
Current website use
The current JWMedTech application does not set its own cookies or use local or session storage to track visitors. It does not include company-installed analytics tags, advertising pixels, or marketing SDKs. Motion controls and animation quality settings operate in memory during the page visit, while your browser may cache site files.
The platform that hosts and secures the website may use its own necessary technologies for delivery, access, or abuse prevention. Those services are distinct from optional tracking installed by JWMedTech. The categories below explain technologies that may be relevant when available; they do not mean that every category is currently active.
Strictly necessary cookies
Necessary technologies may support website functionality, security, navigation, session management, and protection against abusive traffic. A hosting platform may use these when required to deliver or protect a page. Blocking them can prevent relevant platform functions from working. The public JWMedTech application does not currently provide a visitor account or its own sign-in session.
Performance and analytics
Hosting services may process technical logs about requests, errors, and delivery performance. The particle animation also measures performance locally to adapt rendering to the device; the website does not send those measurements as analytics.
If a visitor analytics service is introduced, it may help measure traffic, page performance, interactions, errors, and related metrics. We will identify the relevant practices and provide notice and consent or opt-out controls where required before activating optional tracking.
Functional cookies
Functional technologies can remember preferences, such as language or display settings. The current animation reads your browser’s reduced-motion preference and provides a pause control without storing a separate persistent preference. Future preference features, if offered, will be described along with any relevant controls.
Marketing and advertising cookies
Marketing technologies may be used by some websites to measure campaigns, personalize advertisements, or connect activity across services. These technologies are not part of the current JWMedTech implementation. They would be relevant only if such functionality is implemented later, with appropriate notice and choice. This policy is not advance consent to future advertising tracking.
Managing cookies and browser data
You can use your browser’s settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and other stored website data. Browser documentation explains the controls for your device. Clearing stored data may remove cached files or saved preferences, and blocking necessary technologies may affect website functionality.
No JWMedTech optional-cookie preference panel is currently needed for company-installed tracking because no such tracking is enabled. If optional technologies are added, use the available cookie or consent controls as well as browser settings. Where applicable law requires recognition of an opt-out preference signal, it will be honored for the covered processing.
Cookie settings may not control every type of technical log or server-side processing. Browser settings and controls offered by a relevant third-party service may provide additional choices.
Third-party services
Hosting, security, and any future integrated services may apply their own policies to technologies they operate. Visiting an external link takes you to that provider’s website, where its own cookie practices apply. We do not install third-party marketing tools merely by linking to an external source.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as website technologies change and will revise the Last Updated date. New optional uses will be accompanied by notice and consent or other choices where required by law.
